Town & Parish Council Membership

You may already have some experience or knowledge of the Civic Trust’s work through our two award schemes (the Civic Trust Awards and the Green Flag Award scheme), Heritage Open Days or our work helping to set up businesses in disadvantaged communities. However, joining the Civic Trust as a Parish or Town Council Member will enable you to benefit from the Civic Trust’s work as a whole.

The Trust’s role as an ‘honest broker’ between the public, private and voluntary sectors can be of tremendous benefit to our members. We are in the unique position to use the experience of all sectors to promote progressive improvements to the urban environment. As a member you will be given a superb opportunity to benefit from this work and ensure that your agenda remains pivotal to the work of the Civic Trust.
