Built Environment Network (BE-Net)
The BE-Net (Built Environment Network) is a unique online interactive archive featuring the last five decades of the Civic Trust Awards. It encourages people to visit previous Award winning schemes and reassess them to evaluate whether they remain deserving of the Award.
This ongoing feedback from the people who use the buildings reflects the importance that the Civic Trust Awards place on the ability of Award winning schemes to be of benefit to their local community.
Already well known as a national campaigning organisation, the Civic Trust is using the feedback from the BE-Net project to identify, highlight and promote the issues around creating successful, popular, accessible and well used public spaces and buildings.
