Hannah Mummery
Special Projects Manager

Hannah currently co-ordinates the Civic Trust's Evening and Night Time Economies research project, funded by the ODPM (click here for project page), including:

  • researching and writing case studies;
  • arranging panel meetings;
  • assisting the University of Westminster with a national survey;
  • organising a national conference in Autumn 2004. Work has just begun on a further national conference on 10 November 2005.

Hannah also provides research, publicity and administration support for various Civic Trust projects. She has developed particular contacts with local authorities, through her work expanding local authority membership of the Civic Trust, and has particular expertise in marketing and event organisation.

Since graduating with a BA (HONS) Classics and English and MA in Historical Research from Royal Holloway and Birkbeck Colleges, University of London, Hannah has put skills in project management and research to good use. She worked at the London Metropolitan Archives, developing education projects as well as managing the public research room and public exhibitions, and carrying out a range of detailed research enquiries, including academic projects, local history studies, architectural history, social history and television research.
