Training and Capacity Building

CTRU has been working to establish new civic societies in Oldham and Walsall. The programme involves engaging and supporting local people to set up a formal organisation, which will work to improve quality of life, and to protect and improve the urban environment, as well as improving community involvement in the planning process and development of the town.
